El Rompido Golf

The most critical things for me in a hotel are a good mattress and good coffee. This hotel has great mattresses but the coffee could be better. Had to jump between coffee machines taking espresso from one and hot milk from another. Attentive staff, good semi inclusive food and drinks, nice decor, sparse but clean gym.

Great place for family holidays. Perfect breakfast. Rooms are equipped with small kitchen and even dishwasher! The only minus - no slippers)🥿 Nice indoor spa with good price 12 eur per adult and 6 eur per child (children allowed till 15:00), reservation is needed. Will miss you❤️

Reception smells faintly of sewage/damp Accommodation is dated and cold No kids club - despite it being advertised. Staff are unhelpful - borderline rude. Charging 12 euros per person to use the pool of a 4* hotel is a joke. Lots of the facilities are closed.

There is nothing bad about this resort, it has many nice features but on the whole it is slightly above average. The rooms are fine if a bit dated, the food is OK, the pool is good (though the animation team blaring unwanted music throughout the day is not good - thankfully the pool is large enough you can get away from it). I also emailed 4x ahead of our booking with some questions that went completely ignored. The golf courses are nice though pace of play can be a problem. For the price you pay though this is good value overall

Very nice hotel, facilities and staff. Pepe down at the pool side bar really made our stay a good one. Food was a little mixed but still reasonable enough. Only played the south course due to a mix up on the day and was challenging enough.
