Very nice hotel, clean spacious rooms, and for us most importantly dog friendly. We were on vacation with toddler and he had amazing time in the hotel. There is kids club that is like a very well equipped kindergarten, the pool is great with small part for the kids, and the SPA is great. The food is on a next level, buffet style breakfast, nice easy lunch, sweet hour after the lunch and dinner that is nice closure of the day. We were in winter and the location of the hotel is very very nice. It is not ski in/out, but the main gondola is 3 minutes walking and they offer you free of charge ski-depo right at the gondola, so you wont spend much of your amazing breakfast in the morning on your way to the skiing :) Highly recommend this hotel for any age and group!

Excellent hotel, comfortable, spacious and modernly equipped rooms, delicious food, ski resorts on the doorstep. The family owned hitel have raised traditional Austrian hospitality to a higher level.

Bad Kleinkirchheim is one of our favourite holiday destinations and this hotel is truly wonderful. We’ve visited many times and always unforgettable holidays. The owner and staff are always in evidence and provide great service. The spa is wonderful, as are the views, gardens and leisure facilities. We have stayed in many different room times, and they’ve all been extremely comfortable. What a shame that staff members have to retire, and on occasion we return and find unfamiliar faces, but that is a fact of life. We eagerly await this year‘s visit in June.

5 stars on all front! We love to come to this hotel and enjoy their great offer of services. The owner family is extremely kind and always caring for their guests. They all have a role and fulfill it at its best. The food is extremely good and of high quality. Everywhere is clean and all is well organised. Swimming pool outside is big enough to enjoy an early sporty swim in the morning. Last but not least, the price is extremely good for the quality offered.

It was great, Recently went there for part of the summer holidays. A really good location, in he heart of the mountains and only minutes away from an amazing adventure. Staff are great even though we are in Austria they can speak perfect English as well as many other languages. It's the third time we've gone there, because it is soo good. The sauna spa area is incredibly good, there being a family section and a nude adult area (yuk).The food is excellent, surprising me that's it's not a listed luxury restaurant. All have to say I'd it's amazing.
