Great hotel with nice stuff, great facilities and beautiful rooms. Garage to place your bikes. The gym is good. Would be great to have some updates but better than the average.

This is the furthest from a 5 star I've ever experienced. The beds are comfortable, shower is decent, gym is good but they were the only positives in my experience. We stayed a week so we got a good sense of the place and staff; service was generally fine. We ate once in the bar (food was of a low standard) and once in the restaurant and it was an awful experience. We waited 40 minutes for our tiny mains to arrive, whilst two tables that came in after we ordered, were served their mains before us. I complained about the wait and the waiter just replied "yours is coming, it's coming" before quickly saying sorry as he walked away. The food was pitiful, lacking in any flavour and we both left hungry. The breakfast was nothing better than you'd get in a 3 star hotel. Poor selection of items and they use a carton of store bought egg mix for omelettes and the coffee machines are the pod ones. If you want a proper bean to cup coffee or a cappuccino you have to pay for it which is ridiculous. You also have to pay €25 euro to use the sauna - this should be included in the price of the stay. In the rooms, it's cheap nescafe coffee but the suites have the pod machines...as a five star hotel, surely all rooms should have the pod machines. They provide a cork screw in the room but no wine glasses. The toilet roll is the cheap stuff that again, you wouldn't expect in a half decent hotel..all this to say, this hotel has provided the bare minimum wherever they can and it's just a pity because this hotel could be great. The hotel is right beside a main road which can be noisy. You need a car (or rely on taxis) if you're staying here as it's about 15 mins from the nearest town.

Nice place, nice restaurant. Rather pricey to say the least. It didn’t leave any particular impression on me. Not ‘wow’ but nothing bad at all. I’d return. Staff polite and friendly. Food was decent enough. Just a little pricey…

Awesome. We’ve been coming to this hotel since the 90s - yes, we’re THAT old - and it remains very special indeed. Great golfing. Superb location between Denia and Xabia (you need a car). Lovely staff. A quiet, peaceful retreat. We adore it.

Went on a golfing trip and was very very pleasant surprised. We were received at reception with a big smile and got check in done very efficient and professional. Upon arriving in the room, these are large, clean well equipped and have fantastic mattress (have slept like a baby). As we came to play golf obviously we played the adjacent golf course which was superb as well and well managed no waiting times what so ever, really impressed. Breakfast was served in the main dining room and had all yewou can wish for, from fresh juices, milk, yogurt to all sorts of ham, cheese, etc etc. The only down side experienced was in the gym. there was this German couple that got constantly insulted/provoked by a Spanish man with glasses, when the German gentleman asked if he could help him the Spanish man out of nothing he hit him in the face. Nevertheless had a superb stay and will stay again soon. Absolutely 100% recommendable!!!
