This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are absolutely fabulous, and the facilities are just as impressive. The on-site spa (sauna, steam room, and pool) is excellent - there is an additional charge, though it’s complimentary for Hilton Honors Gold and Diamond members. The gym is well equipped, and the views from the treadmill are fantastic. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very attentive throughout. There is currently some construction work along the driveway leading to the hotel but once that’s finished, it will be a truly spectacular arrival to quite possibly the best hotel in the Algarve.

HOTEL: This is a beautiful hotel that wows you as you approach it. We stayed in the King Deluxe family suite set on the 6th floor and it is huge. A large bedroom and a separate living room. The whole suite is very spacious and clean. The hotel is slightly dated, but it is going through extensive upgrade which is set to be completed by summer 2026. There are apartments in the grounds of the hotel which are going through completion after years of neglect. There is construction going on which is expected to finish by end 2026. This does create a lot of noise at the hotel and the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. STAFF: This is where the hotel absolutely excels. We received true 5-star treatment and the following made our stay exceptional. Yara: For assisting with our booking and looking after us during the stay. Alex: For his constant smile and helpful "can-do" attitude where nothing was too much trouble. Eli: For the warm welcome and huge smiles at breakfast every morning. Andre & Palsome: For their excellent assistance and service. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning.

I had an amazing stay here. As a Hilton Diamond member, we got to enjoy so many benefits whether it be a Room Upgrade or a Tea service + Spa. I recommend this Hotel to everyone who enjoys good weather and amazing spa. The Room was big with a nice view and a big bath tub and shower. The breakfast was amazing, all the fruits were top notch and the smoothies really made my morning. Even though we had rainy weather we got to enjoy so much amd diffrent things in this Hotel. A 10/10 to check out for everybody.

Fantastic hotel situated in beautifully manicured gardens. We stayed for five nights in a deluxe twin with balcony and pool view. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Room service were always timely, discreet and thorough, especially the turn down service in the evening. Staff around the property were helpful and super polite. Breakfast was in a pleasant dining room with good fresh food choices, both for buffet and to order items. Leisure facilities were excellent, we used the Spa and several of the pools. The location is a little remote but easily accessible by car to Faro centre and nearby towns. There are also dining options and activities nearby in small shopping centre. Recommend this hotel and would stay again. We were recognised as Hilton Honors members and felt very welcomed.

Now, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a while. Forget “chain hotel”. The staff in this hotel are all about attention to detail and service. I booked it for my 50th birthday as a girls trip with my mum, sister and twin teenage daughters. It was a fantastic choice. On check in I was treated to a lovely birthday cake and glass of fizz. The room was stunning. I had a deluxe family room. It overlooked the pool and I would without a doubt, book this type of room again. The balconies are large, comfortable and inviting with sofas and great lighting. Every evening, we had a bottle of champagne and enjoyed the view. The rooms are very luxurious with comfortable beds and you have a pillow menu to select your preference. The mini bar is full of soft drinks, water and beer. This is all included in your.room rate, so helpful with the kids. Turndown service provided bottled water aswell every evening. In reception, there is complimentary tea/coffee and fruit/pasties available: This is super handy for golfers who have no times to head down to breakfast. The breakfast buffet however, is outstanding. This was my teenage daughters favourite breakfast buffet in a long time. It was fresh, hot and of the highest quality. Pools are beautiful although a bit chilly. Maybe it was just the time of the year. Big shout out to all the boys on the main door. They were so quick at fetching the car when we headed out of the hotel. Always chirpy and helpful. Just one tip for the hotel: it would be super helpful if you kept some beach towels behind reception for when guests are heading out to a beach club.and needed them as It’s quite a walk down to the pool. We had lunch in Serena pool restaurant one day and the sushi was suoerb. The Nest lobby bar and Gusto restaurant looked so fabulous and I’ll be coming back shortly to go with my husband. Book with absolute confidence and enjoy.
