Peaceful and quiet of season very affordable spot for couple days

Disappointing Stay - Poor Service
I recently stayed at this hotel in San Vigilio and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
**Staff Issues:**
The staff were unhelpful, rude, and impolite throughout our stay. When we needed assistance, they were unwilling to help or provide basic guidance. For a hotel of this size, I expected much better customer service.
**Property Navigation:**
The hotel is quite large but there are no clear signs or indications to help guests find their way around. We felt lost multiple times trying to locate our room and facilities.
**Room Condition:**
Our room was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The biggest issue was the air conditioning unit, which made such a loud noise that it was impossible to sleep with it running. In December, we had no choice but to turn it off completely and sleep in the cold just to get some rest.
**Overall:**
For the price paid, this was far below acceptable standards. The combination of unhelpful staff, confusing layout, and uncomfortable room made for an unpleasant stay. I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made to both the facilities and service quality.

Player golf and it is a very nice setting with 3x9holes which you can combine. Eell maintained and very true Greens. I can recommend to book directly with the golf Pro shop as it makes refunds and dealings easier. Nice terasse. Did not try the food but the menu looked interesting.

I recently stayed at your resort and wanted to share my experience. While the resort itself is beautiful and the food was great, I unfortunately encountered some issues with the management and service.
One of the main challenges was the service. Although the staff were very agreeable and said yes to every request, there seemed to be a lack of understanding, which often resulted in receiving the wrong items or services. Additionally, while the room layouts were good, the directions to find specific rooms or outlets within them were poorly indicated.
Furthermore, we found it inconvenient that no transfer was offered from the hotel to the golf reception. Even simple things like getting a coffee before the scheduled breakfast time of 7:30 am were not possible.
A plus was the TV newest model - But the aircondition was out of order, the opening of the room with a card was complicated, the ventilation for the bathroom was very loud, it was not nice to wake up in the middle of the night when the neigbour used the bathroom.
On a positive note, the golf course was in excellent condition, offering three different and enjoyable 9-hole courses. However, we were surprised by the absence of a starter.

One of the most unique and beautiful golf courses and hotels.
Unfortunately the staff didn't care too much.
We stayed in the apartments and much of the cutlery was missing (we were 4 in a 4 person apartment and only 1 teaspoon, 3 forks, 3 tablespoons). We talked to the staff twice about it, but they didn't care much.
The balcony was large and had a beautiful, romantic look, but the outside furniture was very dirty.
The safe in the room was broken too.
Car charging is €40 no matter if you charge a small hybrid or a large electric...
Sad, because if customer service was better, it would be a perfect place.
