I would give this 10 stars if I could! The hotel is incredible, the location is amazing, and to top it all off the staff are wonderful people. The value for your money is incredible here. Free valet parking, free breakfast, free boat ride to a private beach, the list goes on. The only thing that isn’t that great is the drink prices by the pool and at the bars 32€ for a cocktail is a bit absurd. The rooms are nice and have everything you could need. Very clean and well appointed. The concierge, Alessandro, was incredibly helpful and gave us great Restauraunt recommendations. He was super kind and very passionate which helped us find our favourite dinners of our trip. Roberto the valet was also amazing. He helped us with all of our bags, always had a smile and was always very on top of grabbing the car for us. He was awesome. The beach has a bit of a rocky area in the water, but it has free chairs and umbrellas along with towels. The pool area is similar. The staff are all amazing. Overall amazing we will be back for sure.

One of the best stays ever it truly deserves more than 5 stars. From the staff, to the accommodation, to the cleanliness everything was excellent! Breakfast was varied with a menu, and they even prepare what you want even if it’s not listed. The location is perfect, and the transportation facilities are very convenient. I feel lucky to have stayed in such a hotel, it really made my trip more special. The restaurant offers great choices, and the beach service was excellent , even though they provide transfers to private even though it’s accessed by shuttle, everything was still perfectly available. Thank you to the entire team!!

Absolutely amazing stay at Cervo Hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Porto Cervo, with everything just steps away, from the marina to restaurants and shops. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The concierge team went above and beyond—super helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. Service overall was simply fabulous. A truly fantastic experience that made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Absolutely not a luxury hotel. A complete disappointment. I stayed at the Cervo Hotel in Porto Cervo expecting a five-star experience under the Marriott Luxury Collection. What I got was closer to a rundown Sheraton with a luxury price tag. • My room had visible mold in the shower. The staff told me to sleep there anyway because they “couldn’t do anything that night.” • After complaining, I waited over an hour in the lobby the next day just to be moved into the exact same room layout—only difference: no mold. • No refund. No discount. No accountability. • Their idea of making it up to me? A beach pass and a boat day—both of which I still had to pay €2,000 for. • I requested a clothing steamer and it sprayed boiling water on my hand. When I asked for the signed check-out form, I was told they ripped it up. I paid over €5,000 for three nights, and I wouldn’t pay €500 for this experience. The hotel is dated, poorly managed, and misrepresented. It is not a luxury resort—do not be fooled by the branding. Stay anywhere else. You’ve been warned.
