Ca’n Perla

The seven of us felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy the pool even in mid-March – thanks to the heat pump and the option to warm up in the whirlpool. The house has everything you need, and the kitchen is also well-equipped.

We had a wonderful holiday at Finca "Can Perla". The house offers ample space for 10 people, both indoors and outdoors. The garden is like a park, complete with a large pool, volleyball court, and putting green, and is perfect for pure relaxation. You can cook in the spacious indoor kitchen with its fantastic gas stove, or in the outdoor kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, and cooktop – especially lovely on warm summer days! The house is very well-equipped, and you'll find everything you could possibly need, from games and water sports equipment to golf clubs and balls, and volleyballs. I would definitely stay at Can Perla again on my next Mallorca holiday! 😊

In the second part of our vacation, we spent a few days at Ca'n Perla – a stunningly beautiful finca on a paradisiacal property! The huge, beautifully landscaped garden with a heated pool offers pure relaxation, but also plenty of opportunities for sports activities. The pool and grounds are also perfect for children. A sauna and whirlpool are also available, but we didn't use them. The house has very nicely furnished rooms and bathrooms, and we lacked nothing in the indoor and outdoor kitchen (with a plancha grill). A convenient reverse osmosis system means no more lugging water. We also thoroughly enjoyed the covered outdoor dining area, where a pleasantly cooling breeze always blew at midday on hot days. Cala Murada beach, restaurants, and a supermarket are within walking distance, but a car is recommended, especially with small children. Dreamy beaches like Cala Domingos and the charming fishing village of Portocolom are very close by. Everything was fantastic; it certainly won't be our last vacation here!

Great owners, amazing house. The Owners suit is set up to be removed from the guest bedrooms. The center courtyard is perfect for everyone to spend time together enjoying meals and afterwards a great place to unwind with a nice wine or beverage of your choice. As an avid grill I was happily surprised to find a gas flat top grill and outdoor kitchen. We made most meals out side to include breakfast omelettes and even using the two side burners to cook dinner. The small under grill refrigerator kept everything cold until time to cook. Pool is heated and pleasant to hang out in. The outdoor wifi allowed to telework while on vacation so the boss was not to mad that we enjoyed a ln amazing week Spar and the small town Bakery both had fresh bread each morning. You can request specific orders for the next day etc. Walking to restaurants in about twenty minutes. Close enough to drive everywhere but not needed as the property had enough space and activities to keep everyone happy! We will be back.

Beautiful finca in a lovely, quiet location with space for about 10 people. With a heated pool, private golf course, sauna, volleyball court, and whirlpool 😍 We had such a great time here and would come back anytime. Absolutely fantastic!
