Cala Cuncheddi (VRetreats)

Dear Cala Cuncheddi-Team I like to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your hotel. Special Kindness, excellent service, delicious food and great hospitality, beautiful beach, top suite, wonderful place to be all this made it possible that we really enjoyed the stay and will come again. Especially thank you (the reception) so much again for your extraordinary support for getting back my suitcase in time.

Good stay at CalaCuncheddi. Half board was worth purchasing upfront, otherwise meal options would be very limited. Breakfast choices were good, and the beach was excellent. 5% tip on the room was unexpected, and an expensive surprise on check-out.

I stayed at the hotel for my partner’s birthday. They surprised us with a room upgrade and a little welcome gift in the room, which was a lovely touch. The weather wasn’t exactly the best, but we still enjoyed the private beach and the pool. Renting a car really helped us explore some other beaches recommended by the front desk. If I had to point out one thing to improve, it would be the lighting in the parking areas. Also, a big thank you to the restaurant and bar staff, always smiling and super friendly. We’ll definitely come back!

The front desk staff was wonderful as are the grounds, rooms, and views. The rest is not worth it at all. the rooms are quite expensive and we paid for breakfast included which we did not eat most days. They were very rude whenever we arrived. Did not bring correct orders, and there was no unique italian food ? the restaurant was good but overpriced. the lobby and live music are very nice but the pool is quite cold so not as swimmable. the ocean/beach access is a hit but not comparable to the other beaches on the island so likely you will drive to those anyways. Lastly, they said they would purchase a life jacket for our daughter (2.5 yrs old) to use during our stay since they did not have one, then at check out they made us pay 35 euros. They didn't initially tell us about this. When we paid over 800 euros PER night for a suite, for 5 nights, this felt absolutely absurd. At check out, they also charged us incorrectly for our massages and I saw that so they fixed the charge but felt a bit like a scam.

I had an absolutely perfect holiday at this hotel! It’s right on a stunning coastline, and whether I was relaxing by the pool or down at the beach, the views were breathtaking and so peaceful. The design of the hotel is beautiful，it doesn’t feel overly “luxurious” in a distant way, but instead has a warm and welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home. and i m appreciate to the friendly staff, especially Diego at the front desk! The team at reception help me book several activities, which I really enjoyed. I also really appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel is my dog had an amazing time as well! One small hiccup was at checkout, I was surprised to see an automatic service charge of 5–15% added in the system. While I appreciate that the staff were respectful and willing to remove it at my request, I still don’t understand this policy, Overall though, this is a fantastic hotel and I’d love to come back
