Amazing place, the design of the hotel was great. Breakfast is super. The spa area is great both for adults and for kids and they are separated which is great. Horse riding lessons were very nice as well. The location amazing considering the views. One of the best places in Austria.

Labyrinthine though amazingly extensive in foods, drink, shopping, services. Even in deep winter, the lap of luxury. Winter festival complicates parking, but check-in and -out is smooth.

This most beautiful and magical hotel I have ever stayed at! The facilities are gorgeous with numerous indoor and outdoor pools (one of the outdoor pools even has sheep that are grazing behind you as you relax on a lounge chair), saunas, spas, relaxation areas, water slide, gyms, tennis (indoor and outdoor courts) and the hotel even offers daily activities such as guided forest walks, fly fishing and a driving range. The food is amazing and the lobby bar is very pretty with a view of horses. My favourite restaurant in the property is the Gasthof where they serve traditional tyrolean cuisine with amazing hospitality - and you even have a view of cows! The breakfast was out of this world with so many options - and you have the opportunity to eat outside with a view of the Wilder Kaiser. The rooms are very clean, large and traditional yet modern. I loved that they offered a pillow menu where you could choose what pillow you wanted. All of the staff were very helpful and kind. We had amazing service with Emilo at the front desk - he went above and beyond to answer any of our questions and ensured we felt welcomed as we arrived! I can’t wait to come back!

An amazing hotel spa experience from start to finish. The location is beautiful, the hotel is very large but gorgeously decorated, the food is world-class, and the service from all staff was exceptional. The indoor/outdoor pools were a place I returned to daily during my stay. I had a great massage, attended a really good yoga class, and blissed out to a sound bath meditation class while we all floated on air mattresses in a heated pool. Looking out the windows to see sheep, goats, cows, and Lippanzer horses was a charming bonus.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of July. While the location is beautiful and the food is very good, I cannot recommend this hotel to any family with children because of what happened to my daughter in their kids club. The kids club organized an activity where children jumped from a high edge into hay. While this can be fun, it is also dangerous if not supervised properly. In our case, my daughter (4 years old) was left unattended near bigger kids. A much older and taller boy forced her to jump, and she landed badly on the wooden edge. Her elbow was dislocated and fractured. After seven weeks in a cast, three doctors confirmed that the injury was serious and now requires surgery. Unfortunately, this will affect her for the rest of her life. This accident was 100% avoidable if the kids club staff had done their job. Small children should never be mixed with much older ones during risky activities. At a minimum, staff should have been present to supervise and enforce clear rules. The day after the accident, I spoke with the kids club and they admitted they had too many children to monitor. Later, I asked to meet with management to suggest safety improvements, but my request was ignored. Instead of addressing the seriousness of the situation, they sent a bottle of champagne to our room. That response felt careless, irresponsible, and deeply disappointing for a hotel that advertises itself as one of Austria’s best family hotels. For me as a mother, the minimum expectation of a family hotel is safety. No luxury or amenities matter if children are not safe. Sadly, safety is not a priority here, and my daughter now faces surgery and lifelong consequences because of their negligence. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone with kids.
