We had the most relaxing and comfortable time at Zeit & Traum :) Stayed at the Japanese garden room. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, the service was excellent, the room features and amenities were fantastic. I appreciated the lighting options with adjustable brightness and the accent lamps creating a lovely ambiance. Highly recommend this place for relaxation and self care 💚

I really loved the concept. it’s super interesting and made the whole experience a lot of fun. It was also such a great way to relax and take a bit of detox time. Everything was really good, and I honestly enjoyed it all. Definitely something I’d recommend if you're looking for a chill and unique experience.

If you are looking for a hotel with terrible views and terrible service, keep scrolling! This hotel has the most magical views and equally reflective service! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile and positive attitude! Thomas made us feel so welcome, as if we were walking into his home. Our room was stocked with snacks, the best meats, cheeses, fruits, beverages, I could just go on and on. Breakfast was fresh and on time each morning! Someone bothered to cut up fruit into little pieces for me and serve it in a cold glass jar daily!! Petra assisted with reservations and local events providing information, what we would enjoy, transportation, and dinner reservations at Luegibrüggli! Oh my! What an excellent dinner and the best view of the paragliders landing. After a long day of walking and enjoying waterfalls, we enjoyed relaxing our tired muscles in the hot pot on the huge deck with the beautiful views or the large whirlpool, then a quick sauna before shower and bed. The hotel is kept very clean. Each room is unique and creative in its own way. ALL the rooms are so much better than the photos!! The pictures do not do it justice! The rooms look 10 times better! You will not be disappointed! We were definitely catered to. Hotel Ziet and Traum sets a high bar of excellence and service! They should be teaching this to other businesses!

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Zeit and Traum. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly with great smiles. The room we booked was just like the pictures and it was very clean, and it came with a fully stocked mini fridge and snacks bar, breakfast is also included. Our room(Massai) has nice view of the snow capped mountains and Lake Thun. Roughly 30 minutes away from Interlaken West, we didn't have to buy anything during our stay, as the mini fridge and snacks were restocked everyday.

The room is a piece of art, its designed to take you to another place, its very clean and the host is extremely nice and helpful, the room have a lot of free snacks and drinks, a lovely jacuzzi and a big terrace that has a sauna! We loved every single moment there, the hotel is a bit far, we had a car so we didn’t face any problems.. much recommended
