⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding 5-Star Experience! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was perfect from beginning to end — truly a 5-star experience. Everything was spotless, elegant, and beautifully maintained. A special thank you to the manager for the professionalism and kindness. Also, Simgh was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist us with a smile. We would especially like to thank Ram, who took care of cleaning our room. He did an excellent job every day — the room was always perfectly clean and well organized. His attention to detail and dedication made our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. We will definitely return!

We had a great overall experience with the hotel day package. The staff made us feel welcome, and everything was enjoyable from start to finish. So thank you 1. Ms Samantha & Mr Deena for the warm welcome; 2. Mr Kaviraj, really enjoyed the drinks which were well prepared and presented; 3. Food at the restaurant was delicious.

Wonderful resort. The best parts are the food, the beach and the staff. The buffet restaurant has different dishes each day of the week and the food was outstanding. The italian restaurant actually has very good italian food - the risotto in particular. The third restaurant is on the beach and had fantastic steaks and sushi. Overall great variety and quality. The beach is amazing. White sand, clean water that you can see through. You are protected from the wind because of the sheltered position of the beach and the water is quite calm because of the reef. You can do some decent snorkelling as well. The place is very well staffed - you never have to wait to get help about anything, there were probably 5-6 people at reception at all times. Everyone is very friendly - Singh and Samanta in particular took great care of us and also helped us arrange some trips around the island. If I had to fault the place for anything, I'd say the rooms feel a bit outdated, although they are spacious and very conveniently positioned along the coastline.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and we would like to sincerely thank everyone who helped make our experience so special. First, I would like to thank Mr. Singh, who made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. Second, a very special thank you to Mrs. Rose. She made sure that everything we needed was provided, and since it was our wedding anniversary, she surprised us in the most beautiful way. We truly appreciated the lovely room decoration, and she even arranged a cake for us to celebrate. It was a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Third, I would like to thank Mr. Avi, the chef, who made my husband very happy by preparing delicious scrambled tofu as he is Vegan. Moreover, I would like to thank Samantha, Ursule, Nicolleta, and Diksha from the restaurant staff, as well as the team at Ti Bar, who were all very helpful and attentive. I would also like to thank Mr. Ravi, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease. we especially enjoyed his jokes. Overall, the hospitality and kindness of the staff made our stay unforgettable. Thank you all for making our anniversary so special.

We stayed at Ambre Hotel for one night to celebrate a birthday and had a lovely experience overall. The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel infrastructure is still very beautiful and well maintained. I noticed a great improvement in the buffet, the food was more varied and absolutely delicious. Nissar was extremely friendly and provided us with excellent service at the restaurant. Jayesh also gave outstanding service at the bar, making great drinks and always welcoming with a smile. We really enjoyed the package, which included a wide variety of drinks as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The atmosphere was great, with good music and positive vibes throughout our stay. We also received a delicious complementary cake and decor as birthday celebration. There are just a few points for improvement. We stayed in a courtyard room, which in my opinion could benefit from some renovation to look more modern. Also, we requested a refill the next day, but unfortunately it was not provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a nice place to celebrate a special occasion.
