PGA Championship 2023: The stars at the top of the leaderboard

Rory McIlroy's shots were far from perfect: on the front nine, the Northern Irishman experienced a real up and down.

As an absolute crowd favorite, Rory McIlroy is under constant observation. Thousands of pairs of eyes closely followed his game at Oak Hill Country Club.

Austrian Sepp Straka played an impressive final round at the PGA Championship. Straka made an outstanding eight birdies on the par-70 course. Three stroke losses pushed his score to 65.

Bryson DeChambeau went into the final as one of the favorites. Even though he lost the connection to the top, he secured a top major finish.

Patrick Cantlay played the second major of the year with Joe LaCava, Tiger Woods' former caddie. With a double bogey, an eagle and four birdies, he played a colorful but good final round and is happy about a top ranking.
